AGI Capital Group and TMG Partners planned and designed a building that worked harmoniously with the adjacent Pritzker award-winning Federal GSA Building. The team brought in two top-notch Bay Area design teams, Architecture International and Kwan-Henmi, to infuse intelligent, modern luxury and collaborated with Joie de Vivre Hospitality to create a residence with boutique hotel amenities and hotel-style ambiance. The result is Soma Grand, a first condominium project of its kind in San Francisco -- and a stimulus for new restaurants, housing and retail, in what is now an up and coming neighborhood in San Francisco. |
