AFTER
AGI Capital recognized the opportunity to support then Mayor Jerry Brown's vision of an 18 hour city with plentiful residential amenities and a critical mass of new owners ' and finalized the design for The Telegraph. As Oakland increased in commercial and residential density, AGI strategically built a new, trend-setting, mixed-use development with a light, airy environment enhanced by diverse architecture and materials. Situated in the revitalized section of downtown, the community offered East Bay residents and employees retail access and a convenient lifestyle at affordable prices. The sales office opened in Spring of 2004 and sold out within six months. With the announcement of the redevelopment of the Fox Theater, Telegraph Avenue is now becoming Oakland's most interesting and exciting new entertainment district.
